Sesame Ginger Sauce
½ cup tahini
2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
½ cup warm water
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1-inch piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
1.Combine all ingredients in a blender and blending until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt, aminos, and lime as needed.
