
Chimichurri
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 handful fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon sea salt
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1. Combine ingredients for the chimichurri in bowl of a food processor and process until well chopped, but not fully blended. Taste and add more salt or vinegar if needed.
