Makes 4-6 servings
Turmeric Ginger Tahini Sauce
½ cup tahini
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup water
1 inch piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
1 ½ teaspoons turmeric
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust salt and lemon to taste.
