Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Makes 1 serving
1 ½ hemp, coconut, almond, oat, or another unsweetened milk of choice
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen chopped zucchini (optional)
1 tablespoon tahini
3 walnut halves
Dash ground cinnamon
1 scoop collagen protein or another protein powder (optional for protein)
1.Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add additional liquid for thinner consistency.
