2 pounds broccoli crowns, cut into medium-size florets
1.Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place broccoli on sheet. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oil. Use hands to mix thoroughly so broccoli is evenly coated.
2. Roast 25 minutes, until broccoli begins to brown and is tender.
