Parsley Mint Sauce

2 cups tightly packed parsley leaves

1 cup tightly packed mint leaves

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

½ cup olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1.Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until mostly smooth. Taste and adjust salt and lemon to taste.
