Improve Vegetable Stir-Fry
Makes x servings
Cooking oil of choice
Onion, chopped
Sea salt
Garlic, minced
Ginger, grated
Assorted vegetables, chopped and divided by cook time (use what you have! For example, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, bok choy, zucchini, peas, asparagus, and other leafy greens can all work.)
Tamari or soy sauce
Toasted sesame oil
Rice vinegar or lime juice
1. Heat oil in a large pot. Add onions along with a pinch of salt. Cook until tender.
2. Add garlic and ginger, followed by the vegetables that longer to cook.
3. When those vegetables are starting to soften, add the vegetables that cook faster. Season with tamari, toasted sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
