Ginger Peach Smoothie

Ginger Peach Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

1 ½ cups hemp, coconut, almond, oat, or another unsweetened milk of choice

1 frozen halved banana

1 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup frozen chopped zucchini (optional)

1 tablespoons tahini

Small chunk ginger, optionally peeled and roughly chopped

Juice of 1 lime (or ¼ of whole lime – with peel! – but only if organic)

1 scoop collagen protein or other protein powder (optional for protein)

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add additional liquid for a thinner consistency.
