Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
Makes 1 servings
1 - 1 1/2 cups hemp, coconut, almond, oat, soy or another unsweetened milk of choice
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup frozen spinach (optional for greens)
1 1/2 heaping tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Dash ground cinnamon
1 scoop collagen protein or another protein powder (optional for protein)
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add additional liquid for a thinner consistency.
