Sautéed Mustard Greens

Sautéed Mustard Greens

Makes 4-6 servings

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 bunches mustard greens, de-stemmed and chopped into bite-size pieces

Salt

Ground black pepper or red pepper flakes

¼ cup chicken bone broth or water

1. Heat a large, deep sauté pan over medium heat and add oil. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the mustard greens, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stirring continuously, cook until just wilted. Add broth or water, bring to a simmer, and cook for about 3-5 more minutes, until greens are tender. Taste, adjusting salt and pepper as needed.
